Julian joined American Cargo Express, Inc. in 1999. He graduated from both Foreign Affairs College in Beijing, China, and Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, VA. Julian´s knowledge and expertise in working with an expanding the companies targeted growth to and from ASIA has been crucial to the company´s broad expansion. Julian is married to Rose with two children, Charlie and Angela.
